Construction is underway on a 63,000 square-foot medical office park at Via Centre Drive in Vista, CA. The project, designed by KMA Architecture & Engineering, is comprised of 12 separate, single-story buildings, each incorporating the latest in sustainable design techniques and practices.

Conveniently located about a mile from Tri-City Medical Center, south of Highway 78 and west of Emerald Drive, CreekView Medical Park is situated on a 10-acre site with buildings ranging in size from 3,765 to 8,496 square-feet. The buildings have been designed to accommodate small to mid-sized private practice medical professionals and healthcare related businesses. The project contains an abundance of parking, over 5.6 spaces per 1,000 square feet of building. KMA was retained to design the project, which is slated for completion in early January, 2009.

“The designs and ideas KMA has brought to this project are creating an environment where occupants and visitors will enjoy being here.” said Murray Palmer, representing the developer of Creek View Medical Park. “It is important to us that our project is convenient to the hospital and will provide a great place for people to work. However, it is also important that we are doing all we can to conserve energy and be conscious of how we are treating and utilizing our natural environment.”
