San Diego-based KMA Architecture & Engineering (KMA) has received design review approval from the City of Aliso Viejo for their designs for a high-density urban style residential component of Vantis, a commercial/residential master-planned community by Shea Homes. The approximately 290,000 square-foot project is located at Aliso Viejo Parkway and Enterprise Street in the City of Aliso Viejo.
Plans for this phase include a four- to five-story mid-rise building containing 102 units, including one- and two-bedroom flats and two-bedroom penthouses. The project will also includes 20 affordable units and two levels of underground parking with capacity for 228 vehicles. The contemporary urban-inspired design will include extensive interior and exterior common amenity spaces for residents, including a resort style pool, spa and indoor-outdoor entertaining area. Extensive site work and contemporary landscape design will integrate the building into its site.
