The project is comprised of two, one-story buildings arranged to provide convenient pedestrian access, as well as efficient auto circulation. The project features 4 retail/food tenant spaces and 45 parking spaces. The building design features a focal point tower for the project’s anchor tenant, Starbucks Coffee. The Starbucks has an estimated opening of mid-November 2009. Interlocking exterior pavers will be provided as one of the project’s sustainable design features. An outdoor dining area framed by an overhead trellis helps to define the outdoor space. The building exteriors will present a colorful blend of stucco with cornices and a cultured stone wainscot.
