ARCHITECTURE BEGINS WHERE
ENGINEERING ENDS.

Our engineering team has earned a reputation for thorough and accurate construction documents and specifications, resulting in tighter construction bids, fewer construction change orders, and reduced construction cost.
Site construction is underway at Fort Hunter Liggett, an Army Reserve Center located in southern Monterey County in Jolon, California.
Designs for the first building include 45,760 square feet of space for administration, assembly and training areas. The two-story structure will feature concrete tilt-up wall panels, energy-saving lighting and other sustainable features. The exterior will have an off-white finish to mirror the appearance of the surrounding stucco and adobe buildings on the base.
The KMA project team consists of Jim Belmont, Elizabeth David, Jay Guerrero, Billy Jennings, Tim Rubesh and Laura Van Horn. Burkett & Wong is the structural and civil engineer and Christy Mitchell Designs is the interior designer. Grace Evans Technical Services will provide engineering specification services.
