A loose concept sketch from an eccentric German architect inspired this two story 7,500 SF office building for a German real estate company. The modernist design is lean, clean and simple and features precision craftsmanship and great attention to detail.
The minimalist building consists of exposed cast-in-place concrete walls, exposed steel structure, floor to ceiling exterior window walls with operable windows, glass interior partitions, polished concrete floors, and exterior shading devices. Open interiors with furniture by Le Courbusier and Bruck lighting reflect the minimalist / modernist roots of this design. VIEW MORE »
