A thorough knowledge and understanding of building materials and constructability is required in order to produce construction documents to meet our high quality standards. Responsibilities include managing the quality, cost, schedule and design of a variety of projects. You will collaborate with Partners, Project Managers and other leaders in the firm to develop and make the best use of a very talented team of Architects and Designers. Play a key role in pursuing new business and strategic initiatives.
REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Architecture, license to practice architecture, and minimum (10) ten years relevant experience in the Commercial and Multi-Family markets. Track record of successful project planning and management, superior client relationships, and design sensitivity. Success leading teams, including consultants and contractors. Excellent presentation skills, especially in the pursuit of new business. Must be CADD proficient.
